Ken,
I found my ID plate in a clean up:
FE225-15050s
Trim 245/465 ao
Paint 208/7457
Rpo 256/7698

chassis, not 100% sure
7- 2377s-S   not sure if the first s is a 5 hard to make out
When I punch the numbers in if I leave the s as a 5 it says the 23xxxx car built in Sydney is this at odds with the body being 15050?
It also has a problem with the trim no matching paint?

thanks
Grant

Grant,
I have a similiar record on file that links the ID Plate: FE-225-15050-S (Colour and Trim also match)
to a Chassis Number of:7-23779-S   (and Engine Number of : L360768)
Maybe same car?

Fantastic Geoff I would say so, the nine makes sense, it is hard to make out.
my car was fully restored in the nineties in Sydney so I would not be surprised that you have a record of it.
(not that you could tell now other than all of the welded repairs you can observe with it being bare metalled)
thanks for the info
