Yes, but you need to be careful about which mags/rims you choose and you will probably need to replace the nipple on the lower ball joint in case you get a flat.

Yes I am running this combo and the lower ball joint grease nipple is very low if you use a low profile tyre.

Just like at the rear end, your rims need to be the lowest part of your suspension. That way, if you manage to shed a tyre, or just get a flat, the rim runs on the road surface, you don't go digging the suspension, whether it be lower control arms or leaf spring bolts/saddles into the ground.

there is another mob prety sure the name is stubtech they advertise in SM magazine and have a website, they are i think the same price as CRS $710 a pair only difference is they actually say they will have them not just advertise them

Fatboy, yes you can run standard HR disc brakes with the dropped spindles. The issues with 13 inch wheels is that the grease nipple on the lower ball joint is lower than legal height unless you run a tall tyre.
