Just trying to change my profile pic. but no matter which box i copy at photobucket nothing happens

No matter which one i put in it comes up as "do nothing"

You want the one that looks like this:

http://.....

... and check the box about "having your own pic"

Thanks RET, I think it was because i wasn't deleting the Http bit that comes up automaticaly.
