Hi,

I have a commodore fuse panel (VN) which is out of the base model with no accessory fuses wired in from factory (blank fuse holders no wires terminated).

I wish to add a couple of fuses to the panel (for Central locking and possibly other things.

Does anybody know how to terminate the wires properly into the panel or have the part number of the appropriate clips?

In the worst case I could obtain a fuse panel from an appropriately optioned model, however I dont fancy too many cuts in the loom.

V6 and V8 are the same too, however the V8's are more likely to have higher options since they came out in the luxury spec model for VN.

Cheers

Ed

Ed,

Go to your local Auto elect with a sample of what you need. These guys should have this sort of stuff in stock.

You could also contact TLE/JR Turks or one of the other major electrical wholesalers and they would have what you need.

Cheers,

Craig.

Thanks for the tip Craig,

Sometimes I look at these things and forget there are trades set up for this kind of work!

Turks was not really any help, a good sparky may help me.

Cheers

G'Day Ed
The place to get terminals is Ingrams, they supply 99% auto sparkies with all their gear, including new / recon alternators starter motors or parts there off.
Could always go to wreckers with the necessary removal tool (Normally a reshaped welding rod) and get the spare terminals out of wrecks.
