Hello! I am trying to create beautiful and authentic 3d models of the above utes. After researching Holden museums, libraries, workshop manuals and models I am still looking to find dimensions for these beautiful early Holdens.

Ideally I need front on, side and rear profiles, with top and undercarriage views if possible.  I am having trouble finding dimensions and so far all i have come up with is this!!

http://www.the-blueprints.com/modules/bpview/bpview.php?nr=6122

Can anyone help point me in the right direction?

Much appreciated!

Can we assume from your request that you already have the dimensions for the FE FC Ute.

Can you provide more information on the 3D models you are trying to create?

Are they 3D drawings or scale models?  If they are scale models, what scale ( 1:43, 1:18 ) and material ( plastic or diecast )?

Cheers Red

Hello Red - thanks for your reply!

We are just trying to model in a 3d program Maya the 4 utes only at this stage.

Any dimensions at all would be very handy - ideally if possible front, top and side views with any measurements at all!

Thank you again for answering!

HI,
Does Maya accept ACAD .dwg files.
If so, I have some key dimensions of Car/Ute Sections in Acad format.
Cheers

Hello Geoff!
Thanks for the reply.

Absolutely!
.iges or .obj is the preference
but if .dwg is how it comes then that is absolutely fine!!!

these are the utes we are trying to build:

1953 FJ
1963 EH
1968 HK
1971 HQ

thanks for your time!
