* Mega rare heater system, with engine room heater core & underdash heat control console (Possibly Nasco) ($300 up)
* NASCO electric wiper conversion (This alone worth about $300)
* Nasco Gear lever lock ($150 up)
* Later model NASCO heavy duty twin element aircleaner (EH upwards) $300 up)

Just in those 4 items, you would be up to over $1,000 if you had to source them elsewhere. Who nows what else is on it.
