I'm chasing a switch that works (I have three that don't), shaft and button not essential

Bend back the tabs carefully, remove the top cover, clean the contacts, and refit the cover. These are an easy fix, and most of them will have dirty contacts after 50 years of service/inactivity.

I have used a NOS unit, and it still needed cleaning.
