You're probably going to have more luck with the custom supply houses in the states.  Have a search for "Dagmars" (that's what they're known as).

Trivia:  They are technically called "impact guards" (what we would call "over-riders"), but due to their similarity in profile to the "twin talents" of actress Virginia Ruth Egnor, better known by her stage-name Dagmar, that's what they're called.
