Does anyone have an idea of how to work out the correct or close too engine number for a chassis number that I have. The chassis number I've got is 824163M and it an FC .

Yes I do but it is in my database which I have recently lost (not permenently) due to computer upgrade- I have it on a back up disc, but have to reload it which can be a bit of a drama.

Will try to get it back up soon

Hi Ken

Thanks for the reply, the engine in the car at the moment is an FE block, I would like to replace that with a block close in number as posible to what it should be.
