just got my door rubbers and they look tight to get in,is there any trick to doing them.

Unfortunately yes, there are a lot of tricks in getting them just right.  Trial fitting, lubrication, the right glue, Some trimming in rear door area down the pillar or replace come of the R/S section with some original sections.  Front door the same at the front near the quarter vent window.
