can anyone help?
friend has ek windowless p/van and wants to move battery into the cabin behind the lhseat. He knows about battery boxes and venting but wanted to know any other tricks to help get it through rwc

The only other thing to get right is attaching the battery box correctly to the floor.
The correct way is to make a base out of 25mm angle for the box to sit in, bolt the frame to the floor and the box to the frame with large washers under the bolt heads and then the straps wrap around the metal frame and then over the box
the vent must go to outside of course but the thing often overlooked is that the box must be sealed otherwise it vents into the cabin way before it ever vents into the tube
