PLEASE HELP!!CAN I FIT A ALTERNATOR IN PLACE OF A GENERATOR/REGULATOR ON A FC HOLDEN.

Yes you can, and it's a relatively straightforward affair.  Any reputable auto-electrician would be able to do the conversion for you.  If memory serves me correctly you used to be able to buy a grey-motor alternator bracket - I've seen them for sale at swap-meets etc.  But you're not talking about major engineering there anyway.
