Hello,

FE/FC wagon cargo areas.. how are they trimmed?

the back of the seats are vinyl clad or simlar.

the wheel arches are trimmed in padding and vinyl.

there are trim boards around the edges.

what about the floor?  is it painted, covered..Huh

Any pics, help appreciated.

Thanks

Ed, Check with FE_STD_WGN (queensland club) I'm not sure but I think FE- FC Special & Standard Wagons were trimmed differently in the cargo area.
My FC Std Wagon had just metal runners on ply wood, & metal runners on the tail gate, but it may have been changed from original by a previous owner.

Hmmm.
Good point Zulu. I know the FB EK Standards have the metal runners, but haven't ever really thought about the FE FC rear compartment. I suppose we best ask Ken or maybe Tony G (He has one).

Thanks

Thats interesting,

I was more inclined to leave the floor surrounds in paint and wheel arches and use chrome runners, at least I have a starting point for the runners.

Cheers

G'day Ed...
Not sure if it's any use to you, but this is a shot of my standard wagon's cargo area.... plywood and metal strips as mention above....

Cheers
