go to any sheet metal business and get them to cut you some panels to the templates that you make for the side windows . make sure the gap around the template is no bigger then 1mm. idid the same on my fe panelvan to close off the windows

I think he may be chasing the entire Van quarter panels .
Whew - Say that realy quickly and it doesnt sound like such a monstrous job.
