Grey Motor Side Plate Types

Can anyone shed light on which side plates was fitted to which grey motors? I have three different configurations, one with the coil mount situated between 4 and 5 and a 'bump' in the metal between 3 and 4, second  with the coil mount between 3 and 4 above the 'bump' and the last with the coil mount lower down between 3 and 4 (closer to 4) on the raised section and with out the 'bump'.
