I have replaced outer sills on my fc and fe sedans and now looking replacing both outer sills on me fc ute.

Thing is can you access from B pillar back to wheel arch from cutting old sill out from outside or do you need to turn yourself into a chimpanzee and access this section  from inside ute?

Hi Gary
You can cut off the old outer below the seam and drill out the spot welds from underneath, or grind and peel off. The hard part is re-joining the new sill. This has to be done from inside. It is made easier when the floor is out. The floor went in last in the factory I believe.
Cheers

HI Gary
you might look at using panel glue just for that small section , have used it with good results.
