picked up a rusty ole girl today - found some great paper work - will get a pic of the id tags up soon - but here is the bill of sale , also have the insurance papers when she was bought.

Good pick up Helen, this ute is one of those rare cars made in Melbourne and sold in Sydney. The car must have been sent up to Sydney on order. Maybe none were available in Sydney at the time.

Hi Ken, could Ganmain motors have brought it up from Melbourne ? they are 5 hours from Melbourne and 5 hours from Sydney

Yes I suppose so, a unique position of being half way between Melbourne and Sydney probably meant that they could choose either factory

Hi John

unfortunately she has spent quite some time on her belly in a paddock - floor and chassis rusted out, exterior hanging panels in remarkably good nick considering so looks like we will just be saving as many parts of her as we can.
