I have a big ugly battery in my engine bay
Can I spray paint it with a can of cheap spray enamel from bunnings Huh
Just to help make it less "in your face"

Yes u can
But you need a paint designed for plastic
It's the same paint with a product called flexi add in it
Witch allows the paint to bend and flex

You could also buy a new black battery
But not as cheap and $15-17 spray can
