Firewall trim sealer

Hi All
What is the best sealer to use to cover the firewall trim pins (engine bay side). I have been looking for the old black window putty, but can only find white. Remember using it to seal HT and other old Holden taillights with it Yeeeeeaaaarrrrs ago.

     if your looking for a black window putty try the leadlight supplies they have a black putty
     for sealing glass.     used as you said like the old glacing putty

The stuff you are after was called Nonporite, which is an auto glazing putty but I don't think it's made anymore. You could use Sikaflex 255 extra
urethane, it hardens up but stays flexable(it's what most windscreens are fitted with these days.

Thanks for the replies Greg & Jim,
I did not want to use Sika  if possible (last resort) use it everyweek it fit & backfill loco screens, very messy and hard to mould.
Went to touch of glass today an brought a tub of leadlighting putty, not sure if it is Nonporite or not Jim but looks the goods.

Also looks like it could be used to smear around badge and mould pins to stop water entry.

The other thing you could use is Black Plasticine.
