What are people using for spring seats or at top of the tower

Deano i take it you mean the spring tower in the f/end.If it didn;t fall out when you took the spring out ,it could be stuck up there,if not your local suspension guy or rare spares should have em.I tape the nylon type seat to the spring ,just makes it easier,hope this helps!  gaz.

ok, so they are available, yes the materials now would be better than 50 years ago, the tape thing is a handy hint.
