Well finally found a windowless van.
It has a full chassis kit 2K painted and detailed underneath midnight blue.
HR front end with stupid front mount rack all new brakes set up for small block chev Absaloutley no rust and never has been orginal sill inners and outers even around the fuel tank is good.

Will be sitting for a while as i have my other projects to get done but price was right and where do you find them.

Will probablly just fit this worked 186 that doesnt have a home and my F90 simmons as all my other cars are commodore pattern.

Only downside is the firewall has had a sheet one fitted and the windlace strips have been removed.

I thought 5 grand with a CRS chassis kit and all hanging panels was a pretty wise investment
Especially considering i nearlly laid down 38 grand on the yellow panel van in just cars i just could not justify it.

Racking my brain what to do with the firewall..

Great pickup Pete,

I have access to a full complete firewall if you want to want it. If you decide to get rid of that front end with that stupid front mounted rack let me know!!

Cheers

No worries i wont be running it i put up with that crap for ten years in the FC too scared to do a 3 point turn as it ends up being a five point turn .

maybe not five but its not a nice feeling.

Nice score!

Only downside is the firewall has had a sheet one fitted and the windlace strips have been removed.

No windlace strips? not really a downside in my opinion, a little bit of extra work fashioning up some cover strips ala FB/EK and you're home and hosed  Wink
As for the firewall, get hold of a Tarago brake pedal setup.

That was my thoughts as well Toyota hiace but will need to settle on a motor and box.
Its going into hibernation i put the F90 simmons on it to get a picture but now the shed, cubbyhouse, and 2500sqm of grass are laid i should be able to get stuck into my sedan if work slows down a little.

Got my shed sorted lathes in benches are in all wirings done ,hoist is in , mig and tigs set up.

There is a downside to having a good set up neighbours bloody mowers wanting decks welded up they shit me only talk to me when they want something...
