Could someone with a "Rods Racks" rack convertion take some measurements for me please. 1 the measurement from the back of HR front to front of rack. 2 distance between mount points. Reason is I have a V6 conversion sump and want to know if this will fit before rod converts my rack. Or will I have to get V6 conversions to do that as well.

Freedyc

Have just come in from the shed so will have a look tomorrow evening and post the measurements.

Just to confirm you want the distance from the rear of the HR front End to the forward most point on the LH Torrie rack.

Regards

Craig

There's a significant difference, Rods rear mount is made basically for Holden strait six's and is closer, also uses HQ steering arms, V6 conversions is set back to allow for modified V6 sump and uses HR steering arms, I think they sit at different heights also, I can send you photo of my V6 conversion setup in a HR front-end fitted to a EH, send me message with your email address. You can gauge Rods setup from his website photos. The V6 conversions has slightly more turns lock to lock than Rods.

Hope this helps, Keith
