Hi all,
Just want to know if there is any body in victoria that reconditions dizzy,s or in aussie?

also does the fj starter motor fit the fe, grey motor set up?.

Mate,
Although the FJ starter motor will physically fit, you gotta remember it is a 6 volt motor, not 12 volt as required in an FE.
So it's no good unless you are putting the FE grey motor in an FJ.

A mate had a 6volt starter in his 12volt grey powered FX racer. He said it started really easily and he never burnt any starters out. The number of starts it was given wasn't great, being a racer, but they are a sturdy item anyway. Worth a try if you ask me.
