Does anyone know who owns the blue and white FC sedan with VIC rego-FC5LTR?

Cant help with contact details, but I've met the owner (a good bloke) and had a look at the car (VERY impressive) Think his name is Scott. He is definitely not a member of the vic fe/fc club.
