Howdy,

I posted the number info of this car to the general board but now here are the pictures.  Barry has owned this ute since new and let it rust in a paddock at one stage before restoring it.  Lovely car, and he has customised it the way he likes it.  The pictures (due to my poor photography) don't show clearly that he has added a blue roof over the original grey separated by a red pinstripe with white highlights.

Damn! Sorry about the quality, I am spewing about all the shadow now, looked really clear when the photos were taken.

Nige and Jody,

That's a really nice looking ute. I hope mine turns out looking as good. Is it going to be at the Nationals in Orange next year.

Cheers Rusty

hey Nige n Jody

Barry's ute's a bloody ripper! A real 'blast from the past'!  (my uncle used to drive an FB done up in a very similar style when I was a little kid)

I'm with Rusty - be great to see it at the Nationals

thanks for the pics  Grin jack

If you squint a little when you look at the picture of Barry standing beside the drivers door, you can almost see the remnants of the Brylcream in his hair and the pointy toes on his winkle picker shoes just bellow his skin tight black jeans. Oh and the mandatory comb in his back pocket Wink Wink

memories!!!!

and what  a great ute Grin

Yep spats were prone to dress up in the 60's up until they wentr out of fashion in the seventies.
I've seen them with FC Special, EH Special, FJ Special and FB stars on them. I've also seen Holden script from FJ and FE standard as well

Any others?
