Yes, only different on the rear of utes and vans.

Rear bumpers from FE sedans and wagons are also the same, but front bumpers are very slightly different between FE and FC. (FC does not have holes in front bumper for number-plate frame.)

It's also worth knowing that apart from those holes, the centre section of the bar is identical front and back (so interchangeable on FE). All four corners of the bumper bars are different, but all four over-riders are the same.
