This is the earliest advert for the FC Holden that I have come across. This particular one is from the Melbourne Age, May 9, 1958. The FC was released on May 6, 1958.
I believe the same advert also ran in the SMH on the same day.



Sorry about the less than clear image, it was copied from micro-film.
Please let me know if you are interested enough for me to continue to post this type of thing.

Here's a much clearer pic in a slightly different format of the first FC advert. This 1 is from the Weekly Times, May 14, 1958....5 days after the 1 above.
