Latest new product from Rare Spares for FE FC is the spring clip which goes on the bottom shaft of the front 1/4 vent window. This spring commonly breaks allowing the window to rotate freely and not stay in the position you set it at.
Part number is 7408835C and the list price is $8.90 each.

Thanks for the info Ken
Might have to buy a set as spares.
Took me alot of 1/4 windows before I found a good pair for my car.
Are these a limited run or an ongoing item?
Regards
Alex

Ongoing item Alex. I doubt if our club will do a bulk purchase - they seem cheap enough.
