Would anyone have a nos or good fuel tank sender for my FC ute? I spent a good couple of days and was hoping to get the floor in after finishing the wiring only to find the tank sender is catus  Angry - was ok 12 years ago when the ute came apart!!!  Shocked I will hate to go back to Rares.  Sad

Hello TonyH
I have just purchased 2 x FE sedans ( one is a parts car ) and maybe able to help . I don't know if the sedans are different from the ute but I should have at least one sender from the sedans that might fit.

I'm pretty sure they are different.A mate of mine has a wagon which needed a replacement sender. We sourced one from a sedan but the length of the arm and pivot angle was different and we had to modify it to suit (it worked). One of the gurus should know.

Thanks for the offers guys Wink, but Mick from the FC club in Brissie told they are different and I want to try to get a ute one. He also gave me Able Instruments name in Brissie, to rebuild mine if I can't source one from the Forum. Mick had them rebuild his and it works perfectly.

Ute, van & wagon are all the same - the sedan is the odd one out.

Thanks everybody for your advice and help,
I took Mick's advice and took my old sender to Able Electronics today and it will be ready in 2 weeks for a better price than an exchange one.
