hay.
has anyone heard of "Armours" manifold, i bought a set of tripple SU's today and ther on individual / single / sperate manifolds, never seen nuttin like it. Tongue

could anyone out ther give me a little more info on them at all ??

Armours were a common manifold on a lot of the circuit race cars of the 70"s had a long runner for top end performance I sold a set of SU"s on one last year. Made  by Warren Armours from Sydney If memory serves me right ........FC427.......

Forgot to mention Warren Armours use to run a Holden 6 powered front engine dragster at Castlereagh with this manifold and 3x 2" SU  .......FC427........

They made Armours manifolds for twin carbies too.
Not the best photos, but this is the one on my car.

Had a search through some old ROD SPORTS mag dated July 9 1971 ARMOURS MANIFOLDS  452 Princes Highway Sutherland NSW TheTriple SU manifold for a Red or Grey six $26.00 and for a Grey Twin Stromberg $11.00 and $15.00 with linkages also available triple 97 manifold for red six $27.00......FC427.......
