Hey Mark
Good to see the EK I have a soft spot for them it's the first car I remember my Dad owning he bought it of a Dentist in Parkes in 1972 it was white with turquoise roof we travelled all over NSW in it and he used to let me sit up with him and "drive" it.If he had done that these day's he would get a hefty fine and be considered a bad parent Roll Eyes.Aaah those where the days.

Cheers Tommo

this is my daily driver, and i must admit driving her in winter isnt the best of rides, she is pretty much stock standard, still running 4 wheel drums and vacum wipers,i run a small behive bosch heater which doesnt heat that good on melbournes cold winter mornings and there is no demister, but thats the way i like it!!on the other hand i get waves, thumbs up,and plenty of looks, people wanting to stop and chat,it gets plenty of attention,i have a vt clubby in my garage that i dont drive very often cause i,d rather drive my fc....in style..and it still runs the grey motor which is very good on fuel,if she breaks down or needs a service it is easy enough to do myself...i like to be different and not drive a clone plastic car,as i am a old car enthusist, and dont belive in leaving it sitting in the shed...thats just my thoughts....cheers jamie

Hi All
Just an update after a lot of hassles and things going wrong which happens to the best of us from time to time the old girl is finally registered. She passed her Rego inspection with flying colours yesterday morning. Since I have been driving around the amount of people coming up to have a chat about her or giving me the thumbs up is unreal  Grin I just can't wipe the grin off my face.
                                                                                                                                                      Cheers Tommo
