been & gone, the missus was pretty pissed about going up in the weather, fortunately she didnt jump out and hitch home becuase the weather was clear after the first few hours, she said the F3 was blocked but it turned out the pacific hwy was due to a landslide so i turned around and headed up the F3, it was fine except for the trees that i had to keep dodging @ 110 kph, got to edgeworth and we were the only car amongst the SES 4wd's, i wasnt to worried, and soon after i was out of the bad weather but then i got mud bombed by dickheads hiding in the bush, i pulled over and will i was getting my wheel brace out of the boot about 10 semis pulled up on each side hwy after word spread on the CB that the mud bombers were out so we went bush walking to find them but had no luck.
we finally arrived to the start of a day of perfect weather.
My kids favourite part was the cruizing, i like the night stuff too, they should make it go all nigt with the bands on the sidewalks at the same time.
while the weather in sydney was not the best we were out in the sun at some of the beaches.
That far from home i ran into the couple my wife and i met through and also my cousin who i havent seen for about 14 years.
in the trip we also visited the big attractions like the big banana in coffs harbour.
The big prawn in balina
and the new one, the big ship at nobby's beach in newcastle.
When i got home i found my carport had changed from some minor wind damage.
