G'day,

I have purchased a re-conditioned GEM 138 Grey from REPCO for my FE Ute, obviously I intend to paint it with the original grey colour.

However can anyone assist me with the colour of the other parts i.e.

1. Starter Motor,
2. Alternator (I have substituted it from the generator)
3. Water pump
4. Oil bath air filter
5. Carburetter

and anything else that I may have missed.

Thanks

John, I have a one page document on engine bay component colours and finishes. pm me if you wish to purchase a copy.  In answer to your questions, starter motor is a combination of colours and finishes including blue body, black head unit and plated bolts.
Alternator has no paint at all
Water pump is all engine grey
Oil bath is black with decal on it
Carburettor is unpainted and has natural base with plated middle and top sections

Regards  Ken
