Would anyone be able to post a photo of the battery box for the fc..I’m using my old rusty one as a template but there are two angled brackets inside the box one at each end..they bolt to the bottom of the box then bolt to the inner guard up top of the box but mine have rusted at the top and I have no reference as to what they look like Thanks

Thank you all for the reply’s After cleaning the motor it’s definitely a gold colour but more of a silvery gold but that could be just age..the heads definitely a red but cant find a serial number at front of rocker cover...the engine number is a very low number looks to be a B but only four numbers after it 3035....early FB motor maybe?

Home made rotisserie made from plans by Redwing designs.fully adjustable with hydraulic rams front and back..it comes with 4 mounting brackets made to fit FC Holden..two mounts are for when the subframe is attached and bolt to front bumper bar mounts and rear bolts to rear bumper bar mounts...two mounts are for with subframe removed and bolt to bottom bonnet hinge hole and middle subframe mounting hole, rear bolts to the rear spring hangers and give plenty of room to work around rear end if needed.rotisserie has enough height you can roll car shell completely around..after 3 years on rotisserie I will be removing it and finally putting it down on its wheels in about two weeks time and no longer needed, only selling for cost of materials to make it... $800 will post photos soon or pm me Dennis
. Rotisserie is sold

Technical Board / General Technical / Front control arm spacers
|
on: January 30, 2021, 06:56:58 AM
|
Has anyone have the width of the spacers to fit the top and bottom control arms...or has anyone just fitted them by eye having the same distance on each side...when I dismantled the front end for blasting and painting I measured the distance between the control arm and front cross member and got different measurements on each side and of course I didn’t write the measurements down... Thanks in advance
