Sorry Col, It's a once in a life time car. I will be more than happy to keep ya updated on it's progress. I'm just going to take my time and do it properly though.

I'm just stoked to have gotten the opportunity to do it up, The story goes something like this,(short version) My girlfriends younger friend needed some work done to her first car(Gemini) so I ended up spending three days working on it, during which I went to the shed to get some break fluid and just walked in on it. I said I would love that car to do it up, she went and spoke to her mum and she came back with the $100.00 bucks price tag. Good Karma I guess Nick

Well I picked her up on Friday and after 16 years in the shed it took ten minutes to start her, truly amazing!! There is a fair bit of work in her- but the engine is good as gold! For anyone who may be interested I also came across a fairly good FC shell which still has perfect bumbers, seats, windows and stuff. let me know if you need anything Nick

Ta Martin, I don't think, I would even sell the ashtray out of it, I have dreamt about finding a car in a shed like this ever since I came to Australia and it was part of the sale that I would do it up and drive it.

Please help with any tips or what to watch out for when cleaning it up, interior is really good, engine looks ok but I have'nt gotten under the hood proper yet! It's covered in bird crap so not sure on the paint work!!
I will let you know after the weekend , I pick it up on Friday, oh for Ken I think the ID no: is 229 4329a Station sedan, I'm not sure if it's a special or standard. Any help would be awsome
