I speculate they are from obriens p Yes, I believe they are the only manufacturer. They supply RS & other outlets. I bought one from them direct & it's a quality item. Postage from SA wasn't a problem & it arrived safely in appropriate packing. 124 Mooringe Ave North Plympton SA 5037 Telephone +61 8 7225 7572

Nice job around the bumper mount Rob. The headlight peak has a lot of history! Good to see it will all be replaced by someone dedicated to produce quality work. Looking forward to see what you come up with protect the peak from filling in future. I have thought about fitting a shaped mud flap to let the moisture & grim slide down the inner guard instead of forcing itself into the peak. That's a far as it's gone so far though.

I used a crumbling plastic one as a template to make some from a poly??? bread board. I needed a couple of layers glued together to make up the height so stacked 8 pieces, drilled & bolted them together before cutting out to shape. It was a little time consuming but worth the effort I thought. Had they been available from Pete back them I may have opted to save myself the time. His products are very good.

Question from Tom ................... see below - two photos from years ago of some wrecks that were in Bendigo Vic.With the lockdown I have been organising my mess of photos and realised that this FC van wreck is actually a Royal Mail Van (the description I found when trying to research its ID plate. Now that I am looking closer there is Post Office Red paint remnants in the subframe and ID plate. My real question is about the code. It is FC2104SIO-7218-A Stamped exactly like that. I am curious as to the SIO part? Anyway, I hope you might post these in the forum and enquire if Ken has these numbers in his list. Appreciated, Tom
