we are driving our ute to johns rod and kustom picnic in melbourne in november, and i,m worried about keeping up with all the v8's that are coming as well.
is there a difference in ratios between sedan,wagon or ute centres and if there is how can you tell them apart?

i have some pieces of stainless trim which i bought off of a bloke 20 years ago and he swore that he actually removed it from a fc sedan at the mt magnet tip.he was in the same early holden club as me so i assumed he new what a fc was.
it uses the existing fender trim but then the 2 pieces on the doors gradually slopes back to the bottom rear corner of the rear door. very similar to 56? buick.
has anybody seen this before? the profile of the trim matches with the existing trim.
we are going to use it on my sons custom wagon.

i have been offered an fb/ek front seat and as i like the metal side pieces and think they would fit the style of my mild custom fc ute better, but will it bolt up to the same holes?
any help appreciated

i would also like some info on this conversion as we are about to start our next project which is a fc wagon which will run nearly all vn commodore gear
