Just curious about why and where this is used and to what effect?

Aren't they the same all models to HR, might be easier to chase up.

If you're using it an FE/C, just use a one piece tailshaft.
I guess the centre of the commodore tailshaft is a bearing/CV joint so the uni specs wouldn/t apply?

I'm just  doing some homework about bringing a modified Qld. car to Vic.

Does the mod plate on the vehicle list the codes for the various modes done?
For example "LG1" for brake system mod etc. etc.

So what's the process of getting a blue mod plate?
I'm in Vic. so i guess it's all different up there?

Just wondering what the process is for getting a modified (v6?) holden registered in Queensland ?

yes, but I'm in the process of getting rid of the pumped out rear guards.

Just be aware that the mix will eat away any alloy parts, and will not remove or get under any painted or greasy sections. Otherwise works great.
