We have been taking our rebuilt grey out for test runs on the weekend.
We are running triple su (1.5s) on her, problem is it runs great but after we give it a good run we find that the dampeners have lost all their oil.
Any ideas on what would cause this?

We completed the rebuild of our grey about 1 month ago, it runs great! But and there is always a but we have fitted tipple 1 1/2 su carbs we are only achieving 4200rpm just wondering if anyone else has fitted them and what size needles they are using we are using size 3's.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Is the original filter cartridge re useable.

Thanks for the help with the rocker removal removed the pushrods from my 138grey and found that 4 are slightly bent, can I still source new ones or can I staighten them myself?

Removing the head off my 138 due to a burnt valve, a little concerned about removing the rocker gear is there any procedure I should follow.
Any help would be great.

Just wondering if anyone knows where I could get my hands on a set of headers for a 138 grey.
