After having success with the FC choke I thought that I would try for some twin Carbs for my FC which has a red motor in it. Would like carbs with manifold and linkages.

I have used a seat out of a Mazda that has the cut out standard and just modified the gear stick a bite works great. I just put the FC seat brackets on the Mazda seat they fit.

I have a Aussie 4 speed on my FC with the clutch slave cylinder my problem is that the shaft that comes out of the slave has to be on an angle to fit in the hole on the gear box fork arm is this normal

I'm happy to buy lowered springs just like to know how much clearance above the front tyres would be safe.

If I lowered the springs by 70mm and put gas shocks on do you think that would help stop the tyres from rubbing when cornering ?

I have about 110mm between top of wheel and bottom of the guard. I would like to lower as far as I can, I have 205/60/13 inch tyres. I'm worried that if I lower to much the wheels will rub when turning. I see that a lot of people have lowerd their FC & FE's and would like some feed back.
