Hi Dean
Thanks for the tip. A guy on here has offered to move the FE for me, thanks Steve,  but if that falls thru I'll give ALT a call

Hey Ed
Yeah, has been a long time. Have been really busy with work for the last 18 months and don't get online much or have time do to anything else these days. Haven't really touched the car for about 2 years now, but spent many hours on it prior to that. Of course I still have the Norman  Grin
Here's what the old girl looks like at the moment after a quick throw back together again for the big move

Yeah, it's definatley one of Mike's blowers. I tried to call him tonite but his business number is now disconnected.Keep an eye out for a pm with his other  # and contact details. He's a nice bloke with a wealth of information, but never did say much about his own gear. If you ask him about his Dads stuff, you'll be yaking for hours  Smiley

Hi RM
Very cool and looks like new! This one was actually made by Eldreds son, Mike in the late 80's or early 90's from memory. It was a redesign of Eldred's 70 series from the 60's. I've seen them sell a few years back for between 600 to 1200 bucks.Today it could be worth a lot more. Doesn't have the historical value of Eldred's gear but still a much sort after bit of kit.
Mark, the one you are thinking of in the book is the 110 made by Eldred.

Hi Guys
What a great pic. Thanks for sharing it Shayne.
Got board last night and did some googling using Paul's hunch that it might be around Hamilton Wharf and came up with this. It's Boundary street just below the Storey bridge in Hamilton. Looks pretty close to me.....

Maybe an old wharfie might know abit of history about the place
