1  For Sale and Wanted / Cars For Sale / Re: 1958 FC holden special sedan on: January 10, 2016, 05:19:16 PM
Oh yeah, sorry. Car is located in Kempsey NSW 2440 (Mid North Coast). These are the pics that were took the day I bought it, I paid $1500. It had been in an overgrown wooden shed for 37 years, and a friend of mine bought the house after the bloke died, and this was inside(we had to use a chainsaw to get too, and in too, the shed). Thieves had stolen the doors, boot lit, bonnet and various other bits and pieces, of which most I have now bought.

2  For Sale and Wanted / Cars For Sale / 1958 FC holden special sedan on: January 10, 2016, 11:24:20 AM
Hi, due to an ever growing family, and an interstate move, I am listing my '58 FC special sedan for sale. It has been stripped, placed on a new rotisserie, and had $2000 worth of bead blasting done. I have all panels, all glass and most parts + some extras. I have spent well over what I am asking for it already, so my price is firm. Rotisserie is included in the sale. happy to answer all questions, and inspections are welcome on weekends. I hope someone else can give this old girl the love/time/money that she deserves.  Price is $5000

3  General / General Board / lil help please on: October 14, 2014, 05:11:28 PM
Hi, this might be a bit of a newbie question, but can someone inform me pls, why this fc has different chrome strips to the more common FC special (pic 1). The reason I ask is because my 58 FC special (pic 2) has the twin chrome strips on the rear quarter. Is this a different model? When I bought my FC it had no doors, bonnet, or boot. I have now purchased all these things, though my new doors have the same chrome strips as the majority FC Specials. I am aiming to restore completely original. Any info on my car would be very helpful. Thanks Thomas.

5  For Sale and Wanted / Parts For Sale / 2 fc holden special wagon rear doors on: October 03, 2014, 12:02:12 PM
2 fc holden special wagon rear doors with glass, basically complete minus door cards, working lock mechanisms, with surface rust but no holes. Am wanting to swap for rear sedan doors in same condition, or will sell bare doors with glass for $60 each. I am located on the Mid North Coast NSW. If you have FC special sedan doors, front or rear, for sale and are reasonably close, pls contact me. Can email/text pics. Thanks Thomas. PH:0401992230
6  General / General Board / Hi all on: August 30, 2014, 03:20:26 PM
Hi guys. My name is Thomas, I'm 33, and I'm from the Mid North Coast of NSW. A couple of weeks ago, I purchased a 58' FC Special sedan that had been in a shed for the last 45 years. In that time, thieves had broken into the shed and helped themselves to quite a few parts off the FC. Since purchasing the old girl, I have started stripping her, getting her ready to be placed on a rotisserie, ready for bead blasting. The only real rust I have found is a 5mm diameter hole in the drivers side floor and that's it. My plan is to do a complete factory resto, and as this is my first full resto, I will need some help and advice, so you will be hearing from me a lot more. I'll leave it there for now........ Thomas
