Can anyone tell me the simplest way to fit 13" rims to standard FJ king pin front end and standard FJ rear. Wouldn't mind improving the brakes in the process.

Can anyone advise the simplest way of fitting 13" rims to stock fj with 15" rims. Would like improved brakes and want mag wheels.. I have heard that you can fit HD drums is this right? And what about the rear?
