can anyone tell me the procedure and requirements if i wanted to fit a V6 commodore motor and trans to my FC ute, will i need to go to Regency park for Pit inspections, will i need to advise Rego of engine change, even though it is still a six cyl, and does anyone know exactly what mods need to be done to achieve this conversion and is there anyone in adelaide who does these conversions. At present my ute is fairly stock.

Hi Guys, i have just bought an FC ute and it has a 161 motor coupled to the old grey motor 3 speed box, i would like to fit an aussie 4 speed, i will have bucket seats so shifter position should be ok, i was wondering what do i need to do to fit this, also i would like to locate a twin carb manifold and carbs to fit, as well as perhaps putting disc brakes on, i know about the HR front end conversion , but was wondering what other brake system can be used if any, all help will be appreciated.
