2  Technical Board / Modification Help / Re: bottom radiator hose on: August 09, 2017, 03:56:01 PM
Hi rigger45 I went up to the exhaust place and brought two pieces of round pipe one the size of the outlet on the radiator which is a small outlet the other piece that fits the engine hose is bigger the guy at the exhaust center shrank the bigger pipe to fit the smaller pipe and i mig welded the two together. I brought a bottom hose for a holden Astra  it is shape like a S which is the same size as a early holden hose. I cut the hose so it looked like a L shape one end fits the bottom radiator outlet  and the other end fits the small end of the tube. I had a flexible hose the fitted between the other end of the pipe and onto the engine. The pipe is about 300ml long. I will put a photo up soon i hope this helps. Cheers Gazza.

13  Technical Board / General Technical / Re: wiring loom on: September 20, 2015, 11:30:13 AM
Hi to all Dr Terry Neil.I rang v6 conversion and order the loom that was needed.I did not  buy the BCM Which was going to cost $300.00.I will take the computer to a autoelect. to see if he can do the VATS. Or do i have to take it to someone else.I like the look of the later model engine they look better than the early commodore engines. The only reason why i used the vr is because i brought the car cheap. Thanks for the advice guys. Thanks Gary.
14  Technical Board / General Technical / Re: wiring loom on: September 16, 2015, 05:29:28 PM
Hi all thanks for you input Neil.I had to hack at the firewall to get the loom to go thru the firewall.I rang pat at v6 conversions today and i need the under bonnet and under dash loom. The price was around $370.00.He also told me i need a bcm module as well which runs the vats vehicle anti-theft system which is another $300.00  Shocked It connects to the computer to disable the vats.thanks Gary.
