4  For Sale and Wanted / Parts Wanted / Re: Door Handle Removal Tool on: June 16, 2008, 06:45:23 PM
You can use a rag/hankerchief, u wrap it around the opening of the clip like a horseshoe, and then pull back whilst just pulling on either end of the rag. Just be careful other wise you will find out why they're called a "Jesus" clip

I probably wouldn't be hitting 2 hammers together as they can shatter....not a good look.

Dean.
Thats a myth, didnt they try this on Mythbusters and only succeeded on bending the handles?

12  Technical Board / General Technical / Rear Shock Absorber question on: June 09, 2008, 03:41:48 PM
Hey i have a silly question, on  how to access the top of the rear shocky, to remove it?
I looked in the boot, removed the rear seat but still no luck. When looking underneath, there appears to be a plate that is tacked to the floor. Am i going crazy and have missed something so obvious. In the manual it says to just open up the trunk.
Thanks for any help.
Ken

This is the same colour sheme as mine, with the small stainless piece on the c pillar. I havent seen many cars around with this, none in the flesh. Is this style uncommon ?
