In the first phot shows a ring welded to the top of column away from were column collapses to than the out tube (from fc column ) has plate welded on to take fc blinker  unit.The bottom of this outer tube has tabs welded to it these bolt to dash behind original dash clamp .Bottom of outer tube centred to vn column by spacer which is not welded to column (filled with urethane )

The collapsible part is not touched standed vn column slips back inside

This what I made up vn column stripped down with fc outer over the top half. The column only had mounts removed standed steering wheel fits on vn column.

i was at Pat 4 weeks ago he said the sight was down then.Give him a call he has been busy catching up from floods going through his shop got all his equipment up so got back to work in athough days of water going down.

Ive slowed up on my build wondering which way to go (modified or grey) .But have been told new system should be ready by chrismas. with alist of new signataries.(which could be bigger).I hope what ive been told is true as it could make the system better.

hi Stinky I know of an ek with a chev in it which was engineer about a month ago mazda  323 dual cylinder no booster hq caliper front ford drums rear stops without alot of pedal effort plenty of room on fire wall and the cylinder was under $200 new.he has just posted about his car on ek forum (old tin hunter)

got back to ute after doing somp house renos  .put front sub frame on made sump and found a radiator that fits with out modifing rails

hi pedro great work I have found a company called Driveline Services that do axles that suit vn diffs at different lenghts arround $300 I am using a short axle in long side buying one for the short side but for the time being cutting and weld the short side to make sure my track and wheels fit before I spend any money

Gwuthie Iam leaving leaf springs as original and getting a mate how has body makers ticket to weld diff up to keep engineer happy. this weeked I replaced inner legs on front and rebuilt accross front were cross member mount is.

started to shorten vn diff using short axle 1 side and buying new axle on other side .

finished replacing rh side in back .

scored some spares from the local car crusher so ive been busy scraping this sad fe.I was lucky to get 2 doors 1 good guard,bonnet, front clip all usable
