General / General Board / Louvres for panel vans
|
on: January 18, 2001, 01:00:00 PM

Does anyone know where I could get two louvres (vents) made or pressed to repair the sides of a panel van, or do they have to be hand made. Other option would be if anyone has any to sell. Jason

Is the insuring of modified Fe/Fc's a problem?.......Who are the best people to talk to, or do the Fe/Fc holden clubs have their own special arrangements? Any help appreciated. Jason

General / General Board / Colapsable steering colums
|

Most modern conversions require colapsable steering columns. What is the best solution for this particular problem? I hear that Pat Gardener is in the process of getting one that will replicate the FC's through the engineering certification process. Any ideas would be appreciated. Thanks.

General / General Board / Re: FJ van V6-conversion - HOW TO DO????

I have also been looking at putting a V6 into an FE Panel Van and have had information from Pat Gardener and The Castlemain Rodshop. The rod shop sent via post information including the various differences in models regarding change over. The price list was also included. On Pat Gardeners site the list price was $2085 for the change overkit. So far I have not been able to come up with the solution for the rear end. But am working on it. If any one else has any ideas could you let us know. Regards Jason
