Guessing the reserve is around the $100 000 mark... :o Title: Re: GENUINE HK GTS 327 MONARO BATHURST SERIES Post by: Blown_FC on June 20, 2006, 10:50:47 PM If that car was mine, I'm not sure I'd be selling it on Ebay.
Would think a call to SHANNONS would yield less hassles, more genuine bidders and a higher price. But that's just me, and unfortunately, I don;t have such a classic piece of Aussie motoring history to even contemplaint such a decision. I wish him and the buyer all the best. Looks like its a bit of a hassle just to go look at the car, deposit 5k just to view :o 5k will buy you a pretty tidy lookin fc ;D
i think i was meant to put this in the rants and raves section, but owell... :-/ Title: Re: GENUINE HK GTS 327 MONARO BATHURST SERIES Post by: fe hotrod on June 21, 2006, 09:51:08 AM ;)Darcy, you are spot on about the reserve,as darren is a very good mate of mine and has been a member of my carclub since the beginning, last time i saw this monaro he told me he had offers over 90k and the car would sell for 100k,ive looked right over this monaro and i would have to say you would be pushing to find one better!!AND HE HAS 2 OF THEM!!Darren also has sold a heap of stuff on ebay and i spose its a good way of getting publicity from all over the country and even overseas, its not my cup of tea,too new for my taste!!but its about time that holden muscle cars are reaching prices matching the falcon gt,s and the like.....cheers jamie ;)
