Rare Spares in Melb. reco the windows. New chrome, new glass, new rubber - the works.

I have quite a few "good" vent windows, but here is the problem - what is your definition of good ?
If it is 100% perfect - then you will never find them.
There is always a tiny bit of rust on the frame or a little scratch on the glass, or something that makes them not quite right.  I define "good" as about 90%.
But then does my 90% = your 90 %
